Where “Sales-y” Takes a Back Seat

We are not a “sales” team.

While many car dealerships make this claim, we can boast that our team has merited the right to say this as a result of customers’ feedback and testimonials. For us, making the claim that we are not just a sales team is not a pitch line – it is a lifeline.

Our staff at Leith Nissan in Cary, North Carolina, takes immense pride in the way we treat our customers. We realize that a disconnection between us and you creates frustrating obstacles throughout the purchasing process. Frustration can lead to anger or mistrust, which benefits neither party. Our goal is to make the process as easy and, hopefully, fun as we can for you. Seeing happy customers certainly makes for a happy dealership.

We recently had Jeanne Mitchum visit us to purchase a car, and she inspired part of our headline for this blog. She posted her experience to Dealerrater.com.

“I drove from Charleston to purchase a Nissan Cube… Not only were these employees super nice and helpful answering all of my silly questions through e-mail and phone, they were exceptionally nice and easy to work with in person,” she wrote.

When purchasing a car, many people allow timidity to keep them from asking questions to fully understand the vehicle, its specs, and our services. There is no such thing as a silly question for our staff. Making sure you fully grasp every facet about the vehicle and what we can offer you are paramount to our success and your satisfaction. Never hesitate to contact one of our knowledgeable representatives to clarify or explain anything that concerns or confuses you.

“… definitely not over-the-top ‘Sales-y’ … I felt none of that [pressure] at this place.”

While we appreciate every compliment, being described as not “Sales-y” may be the most endearing. Our role in the car buying process is not to sell. We are here to facilitate and guide you. The Nissan brand is an established, trusted name in automotives, so our staff has no interest in pressuring you to buy a Nissan. It sells itself.

Testimonials can only do so much, and we can clamor about our exceptional customer service from dawn and until dusk.

Don’t you want to see for yourself?

There is only one way to truly understand the depth of our claim: the experience. Whether you are looking for a new car, a used car, or even just beginning to consider a purchase, come visit us at Leith Nissan in Cary, North Carolina – and add another post to our customer reviews!

As always, we at Leith Cars encourage you to…
